This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased from Giftsueart, how refunds are processed, and what conditions apply to returns, exchanges, and order cancellations.

Return Period

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or required by applicable law, you may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The date of receipt is determined based on the delivery confirmation from our carrier or other reasonable evidence.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused or only lightly tested for evaluation purposes, and free from damage not caused by transit.
  • Where possible, the item should be returned in its original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation included.

If a returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to misuse, we may reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value, or in some cases, decline the return where permitted by law.

Non-Returnable Items

  4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of postage.

We recommend ensuring your return shipment, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us (unless we have provided a prepaid label).

Order Cancellations

You may be able to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and you may instead need to follow the return process described above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method wherever possible.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
